Returns & Refunds

Please email our team within 7 days of receiving your unworn, tags still attached, pet hair/smoke/perfume free item (same condition as we shipped) this means we must be able to resell this item. Shoes that have been worn can not be resold do not wear your shoes to an event/party then try to return them. email help@sassysapphire.com to get a return authorization number. You will need to put your return authorization number on your package or it will not be accepted. Once we receive it, you will get an in-store credit towards new clothing. All returned items will be credited to customers account with an in-store credit only. 

  • Shipping is not refunded
  • No Returns/Exchanges allowed on the following: Mystery items, Swimwear/undergarments, Cosmetics and Accessories, Home Decor items, Jewelry, Sunglasses, Discounted/Final sale items, Food/snacks/treats & Holiday/Seasonal Items
